HOW BULLYING IS OPPOSITE TO THE CHURCHS TEACHINGS
Bullying is opposite to the Catholic Church’s teachings as the Catholic Church tells us we should love every one for who they are. Bullying is going against that as it is teasing, discriminating, or causing harm to others.
The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is
no other commandment greater than these.” [Mark 12:31]
The Second Great Commandment tells us that we should love our neighbour as our self, meaning love others as you love yourself and how you want others to love you. No body wishes to be bullied and therefore they should not wish it upon anybody else.
Jesus loved everybody and accepted all people; he did not judge them or tease them. We were created in the likeness of God and to follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
